So today, I decided to Google myself. I needed to let my mind rest from the things happening in life. Anne said she found lots of me, so I went in search for me. This is what I found.
I had a ballet studio in Portsmouth and lived upstairs above the studio with my husband. I was a renound ballet teacher whom people wrote articles on. The house I lived in was later sold and turned into a B&B.
I have a memorial endowment in my name.
I'm also on the list of the NC Extension Agents who Conducts Food Safety Programs.
I'm a County Extension Director (not sure what that is, but it sounds important).
Who knew!?!

I like the ballet studio best. Will you give me lessons? Please?
Why SHORE I will! I'll go dig out my pink tutu's and leotards...
sparkly of course.
YESSSSSSS.
I really want to learn to do those twirly moves. And the jumpy ones. Maybe we could get hubbies in leotards too. That way we have someone who can help us with the lifts. We could go on the road. We'd be a smash hit.
Smash. Hit.
I can totally teach you those very complicated jumpy, twirly moves. The boys could have matching leotards (manly of course).
Look out America.
Black ones. We don't want them to stand out too much next to our sparkly pink ones.
I was thinking more of a European tour. More smashing.
Darn! The only thing that comes up when I google MY name is a letter I wrote to the editor of our local newspaper six years ago. WHo knows why it's still online! I guess that's what I get for having an unusual last name!
Can I be in on the ballet lessons, too? ;)
Good thinking Anne!
Hillary, you are more than welcome to join the lessons!! The more the merrier!!
tippee toe, tippee toe
turnaround, wheeeeee!
oooh - i'm so jealous. i've always wanted people to write articles about how great a ballet dancer i am. and have an endowment. that's be cool.
Apparently I'm in a rock band and have blond hair and am about 50. Check out my picture: just type in my first and last name and add .com to the end of it. good times!
I get nada when I google my name. But then I've got an unusual name.
I have googled all my old boyfriends and friends. I'm always up for good gossip ;-)
Oh my gosh, Heather!! That is absolutely hysterical!!
psst---you are way cuter in real life.
