After mixing and rising and punching and cutting and rising and baking and dipping and coating and frosting and sprinkling, here are the baked doughnuts. Not just the doughnuts, but their holes too. Can't just throw those out!! They didn't come out like Heidi's, but the recipe was so simple and so easy. And I think just as yummy. :) And to be a tad more healthy, I used Nutella to top off some of these yummy, goodnessy treats.

I am SO impressed! Could you mail some so I can give them a try? I want to make sure they're really as tasty as you say. :)
You are far more ambitious than I am! So unfair that I didn't have a baker as a mother to pass on that gene. :-) Alina did a great job decorating. She must have gotten the gene, too.
oh yum, that sounds so good :)
i sure can! you'd have to frost them though (if you want frosting). I can send some nutella too. it's tasty. :)
I love to bake. more than cooking. and yes...alina loves being in the kitchen too (though if she had the choice of jumping on the neighbors trampoline vs. decorating, she'd choose the trampoline...hence why all the frosted one's aren't decorated). :)
they really are pretty tasty. different consistency than a fried doughnut, but that means i can just eat more. right?
how yummy! Maybe you can work at top pot and learn how to make ALL kinds of donuts. I'm going to be trying apple cider donuts sometime this week--wish me luck!
My aunt says if you eat standing up all the calories go to your feet. She's an RN so she should know, right? That means you can eat as many as you want as long as you eat them standing up!
let me know how yours turn out Cheeky!
hmmmm....I'll have to try that standing up idea....
