Review of Deadly Revenge by Patricia Bradley

This is the 3rd book in the Pearl River Series. Bradley continues the story of the happenings in Pearl River when two previous councilmen wind up murdered and the newest deputy in town races against time to bring the killer to justice. With a web of possible suspects, Bradley spins a tale where the reader is left to wonder who the killer is with each turn of the page. With gripping suspense and fast paced action, the 3rd book in this series matches the intensity of the first two books and can be read as a stand alone novel as well.

Review of The Blooming of Delphinium by Holly Varni

This is the 2nd book in the Moonberry Lake series. Varni has written yet another sweet story of compassion, loving your neighbor as yourself and redemption. As the main characters develop and walk through the story with the reader, you come to love their hearts and are cheering for them with the turn of each page. Varni weaves in humor, a touch of romance and some spunk in this funny, heart-warming story. Even though it is the 2nd book set in Moonberry Lake, this book can be read as a stand-alone novel.
